Merge Documents

All Vision 3 merge documents must have at least one merge field.
SmartTags Documents

All Vision 3 merge documents must have at least one merge field, so the blank SmartTags document is automatically populated with <<SYSTEM_date>>.

Medical History is called General for SmartTag purposes.
