Configuring Online Prescriptions

The following must be considered to configure how your patients use Online Prescriptions at your practice:

• Prescription Message - This enables you to add a message to be displayed on each Online Prescription webpage.

• History - You can set a time period, which determines how many historic repeat entries display to the patient.

• Patient Message - This sets whether a patient can send a free text message to the practice or not.

• Define the 'Old Repeat Offset - The duration entered determines what repeat masters the patient can order in Online Repeats.
