Accessing Control Panel

To access Control Panel:

From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel .

Select from the following:

• Mail Maintenance - To add and maintain staff actions, action status and access rights to messages in Mail Manager.
• File Maintenance - To add and maintain practice staff, staff groups, practice details and organisations, for example, hospitals, departments, consultants, health authorities.
• Eventlog Viewer - A record of the workstations, users and events, for example, access to the system, software updates.
• System Status - To view the current status of either a workstation or a user.
• Security - To give practice staff the right to use Vision 3, this includes passwords, defaults, groups, access rights.
