Welcome to Mail Manager
Many types of structured clinical messages are sent and received by Vision 3 including Test results, Out of Hours reports, GP2GP record transfers, Hospital Discharge messages, GP Summary messages to the Spine, Electronic Prescription messages, referral messages and PDS updates to name a few.
For a list of current message types, please refer to Current Message Types.
Mail Manager 
is where these messages are received and where you can process them, allocating to a clinician, filing and actioning them as appropriate.
