Immunisation

This records vaccinations given. The data entry buttons record data which either count towards the quality indicators for the new GMS contract or except the patient.

• Flu vaccination given - This must be recorded in the last 9 months before the 1st April to be valid for the GMS contract. Default 65E Influenza vaccination on Immunisation screen.
• Flu vaccination Contra-indicated - This must be recorded in the last 15 months prior to 1st April, and so may need re-entry if still contra-indicated the following year. Default 8I2F Influenza vaccination contraindicated
• Flu vaccination declined - This must be recorded in the last 15 months prior to 1st April, and so may need re-entry if still the patient is still declining the following year. Default 9OX5 Influenza vaccination declined on Immunisations screen.
