History

• Status - Current Diabetic Status - In Status, select from <None>, Oral hypoglycaemics, Using Insulin, Dietary control, Gestational. Also an entry on the Diabetes Summary Form and Data Grid..
• Records - The Diabetic register dates and the date of the original diabetes diagnosis.
