List Patient's Registers

List a patient's registers by:

• Selecting List - Chronic Disease Registers or Alt-L-N.
• Right mouse click on the Disease Registers line on the navigation pane of the Patient Record, and view the list under the Filtered tab.
• Summary - Chronic Disease Registers summarises the registers on which a patient has been placed.

Summary and List Register screens include the date the patient was placed on the register, and the date removed, if any. To edit the date of an entry, right mouse click and select Edit.

Note - You are reminded if you have already placed a patient on the register, and you select Add.
