Word Processor Hints and Tips

The following hints and tips are designed to help you quickly and easily get the most out of using Microsoft Word and SmartTags within Vision 3:

Merge Documents

• All Vision 3 merge documents must have at least one merge field.

SmartTags Documents

• All Vision 3 merge documents must have at least one merge field, so the blank SmartTags document is automatically populated with <<SYSTEM_date>>.

• Medical History is called General for SmartTag purposes.
