Child Health (Centiles and Imms)
Childhood Growth Chart
The Childhood Growth Charts display Height, Weight and BMI Centiles grouped in tabs by age band (0-2 years, 2-4 years and 4-18 years), the default is the one representing the selected child's current age.
To add data:
- Right click on the graph required.
- Select either Add Height or Add Weight as required.
- Complete the Height - Add or Weight - Add screen in the usual way.
- Select OK to save and plot the value on the centile graph.
To edit an entry:
- Right click on the entry bullet required.
- Select Edit.
- Update the details as required.
- Select OK to save and close.
Additional chart functions
- Select Expand to view the selected graph as a larger pop-up
- Right click to add data in the usual way.
- To zoom in on a section of a graph, hold the shift key and click and drag over the area you want to zoom in on. Release the mouse key to action.
- Select Reset Zoom to return to the full graph.
Drug Allergies and Adverse Reactions
Drug allergies and adverse reactions, if any have been recorded, are display here.
To add Drug Allergies and Adverse Reactions:
- Right click on Drug Allergies and Adverse Reactions or select Expand .
- Select Add.
- Complete the Drug Allergy and Intolerance - Add screen in the usual way.
- Select OK to save and close.
Immunisation Contraindicated
Immunisation Contraindications, if any have been recorded, display here.
To add Immunisation Contraindications:
- Right click on Immunisation Contraindicated or select Expand .
- Select Add.
- Complete the Immunisation Contraindicated - Add screen in the usual way.
- Select OK to save and close.
Parental Consent
Parental Consent, if any have been recorded, displays here
To add Parental Consent:
- Right click on Parental Consent or select Expand .
- Select Add.
- Complete the Immunisation consent - Add screen in the usual way.
- Select OK to save and close.
Immunisation Summary
A summary of immunisations scheduled and recorded displays. The immunisations are colour coded:
- Black - Not due
- Gray - Not relevant
- Green - Up to date
- Red - Due or overdue
To add an immunisation:
- Right click on the immunisation required.
- Complete the Immunisation - Add screen in the usual way.
- Select OK to save and close.
