Purge On-Line Archive

The On-Line Archive stores each quarter's transactions after a Quarterly Archive has been run.

Purge On-Line Archive allows the quarters' DEF transactions to be deleted from the On-Line Archive. There is no need to purge the On-Line Archive to remove the stored transactions, unless you have a problem of lack of space on your hard disk. In any case, you are advised to keep the last two quarter's transactions in the On-Line Archive.
