Prerequisites

Before making any patient entries in Registration, the following must be set up.

From the Vision 3 front screen, select Control Panel and then File Maintenance - Organisationand set up :

• HA/HB/CSA - Those with whom your practice has registered patients.
• Practice - Your practice details, including those of your branch if appropriate.
• Staff - The GPs and their GP code and GMC code for each HA with which there are registered patients.
• Hospitals/Insurance Companies - If you hospital numbers or insurance types, set up those that your patients may use.
