Patient Message

  1. Tick the box to allow patients to submit a free-text message with their Online Prescription requests.

    Note - When this option is selected by the practice, a warning will be displayed advising you to ensure that the necessary processes are in place to check any messages entered by the patient.
  2. Select OK to save your changes.
