The Patient Record view for Occupational Therapists has two specific guidelines for data entry: occupational therapy assessment (mnemonic: otassess) and occupational therapy interventions (mnemonic: otherapy). Entries can be made either from History-Add or Record on the top of the MRO column, Patient Record. To select from READ, either use # followed by the code, eg, #Z7, or type in a READ term keyword - these are in italics below.
