Triggering Data Entry Caution

When adding data, Vision 3 checks to see of a caution exists which has today’s date and has the same SDA or exact Read code as the data being entered.

Caution - 20/11/2008 Suggested exclusion period for [Read code for caution description] from [From date] to [To date]

You have the option whether to ignore the warning or cancel the data entry.

• Continue - closes the caution and saves the data entry.
• Cancel - cancels the caution prompt and returns you to the Add - Recall screen.
