Absence of Condition

You can enter an absence of condition, for example, No known allergies, or No relevant past medical hist.. From the navigation pane, select Medical History - Absenceof Condition, then right click and Add. You can select Read term for condition, and this is coupled with a Read entry for Term for absence of condition, the default being 115.. No significant medical history, as well as other options.

No known allergies can also be entered on the Alerts form - see To enter No known allergies.
