Problem View

1. If you right click on a data item and select Problems, then click on one of the problems and select Problem View, you can see all the data items in that problem.
2. If any data items are incorrectly placed, then right click on the line, select Problems, and make sure on the Current Problems screen that the only Problems ticked are the "correct" problem and Encounter (Currently Relevant).
