Summary View Properties

On a Vision 3 Patient Record view, tabs for Test Summary, Freehand, Prevention allow you more detailed choices. Right click on the tab header and select View Options.

Summary Lists provide Prevention-style list of data, grouped by headings into categories. The most recent record for each heading displays next to the heading, then any other data is listed in reverse date order.

In addition to the Tab Label and Initial tab:

• Filterable - A summary list can be filterable, and if this option is checked, then a right mouse click on a selection in the navigation pane will offer the options of Summary (list) or Data Grid. You can only have one filterable summary, and you need one to get the Summary/Grid right mouse options on the navigation pane.
• Show UserColumn - If Show User Column box is ticked, this will display the initials of an admin person who is logged on during data entry of a record.
• Show List and/or Show Data Grid - The entries are listed either in list format, or in snapcard grid format. You can check both these boxes so you have the choice, and then tick the Show Initially box opposite one of these for this format to show first.
• Either Display data from sub-categories of category or Display data from one category - If you check Display data from sub-categories of category (eg Biochemistry Routine), then click on Browse and select a Category, only the sub-categories of the category you chose are shown, eg Us & Es, LFT s, Blood glucose etc, in tree structure. The tab will show a long window from which selections can be made. You can further choose an Initial Selection category.
• If you check Display data from one category, select a category using Browse. For example, All Test Results.
