Initial View 7

Initial View 7 is for the clinician using problem orientation. Again, as in Initial View 6, the Problems tab has no timeline. See Problem Oriented Medical Records

Right click on a heading on the navigation pane to display a Management Plan, Summary or Data Grid, or left click on a sub-heading line for an Add-data entry form. Any minimised triggered guidelines are shown as a green line beneath Alerts.

A READ term-Add is in the bottom pane, and above that, the tabbed Data View pane. The tabs are:

  • Problems (no timeline)
  • Consultations
  • Journal
  • Tests
  • Filtered
  • Management
  • Therapy

There is a Current Consultation View and navigation pane.
