Initial View 4

Initial View 4 has proved to be the most popular view. It is a more comprehensive view that 1, 2 or 3 with a navigation pane in the left-hand pane which allows you to filter data on the Filtered tab. The navigation pane is in expandable tree format with + and -. Click on a line (or Control-click several lines) to show that data in the Filtered tab.

Right click on the top Initial Filter to select Show Items with no Data (those with 0 entries). Click once on a sub-level line for the corresponding Add screen (this allows you to add data where there is no existing data line in that category).

There is also a Summary/Grid tab which also relies on selection from the navigation pane and shows the selected, filtered data either in list format by category, or in grid format.

Beneath the navigation pane is an Alerts, showing the new CVD Risk calculation. Any minimised triggered guidelines are shown beneath Alerts.

The Data entry form is in the bottom pane, and above that, the Data View has tabs for:

• Appointments
• Patient Select
• Patient Details
• Consultations
• Journal
• Tests (in list format)
• Therapy (Therapy Add initially hidden)
• Guidelines

Multiline tabs can be switched on so the tabs are arranged in rows.
