Deleting Appointment SMS Templates

To delete an Appointment SMS Template:

1. From Practice Reports, select Appointments:

   

2. The Appointment screen displays, select SMS Merge Templates .
3. The Appointment SMS Merge Templates screen displays:

   

   Select the template you wish to remove and select Delete .

4. Select Yes to confirm deletion and the template is removed from the Appointments SMS Merge Template list.
   Note - You cannot delete Appointment templates that are part of a daily schedule. The message 'You can't delete this template as it is being used within a daily schedule' displays. You must amend or delete your daily schedule first, see Automating Appointment SMS Reminders for details.
