COPD Assessment Test (CAT)

The COPD Assessment Test (CAT) is for patients 12 years and older. It is a five- step questionnaire to determine whether their asthma is being properly controlled.

Accessing the COPD Assessment Test (CAT)

1. From Consultation Manager, select Vision+ from the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Respiratory - CAT.

2. Select OK to record the score or OK and Attach to also record the questionnaire:

   

3. The appropriate clinical term saves to the patient's record:

   

4. To view an attachment, from patient's record, right click on the attachment entry and select View Attachment. The attachment displays as a PDF:
