Issuing a Duplicate MED3
Duplicate MED3 forms can be printed by all Vision 3 users with the appropriate access right.
Note - Issued by Hand MED3's cannot be duplicated.
To print a duplicate MED3:
- From Consultation Manager , select the patient and open a consultation if required.
- Locate the previous MED3, you can use Miscellaneous in the navigation pane.
- Right click and select Edit.
- The existing printed MED3 Statement displays, Type is automatically updated to Duplicate.
- From Read Term, select one of the following:
- 9D17.00 - eMED3 (2010) duplicate issued, not fit for work
- 9D18.00 - eMED3 (2010) duplicate issued, may be fit for work
- 9D1D.00 - eMED3 (2010) duplicate issued
- Select Print Form , the MED3 statement prints with a Duplicate watermark. See Editing a MED3 Form and Appendix.
- Select OK to save and close.
