Deleting a Yellow Card Report
You cannot amend a Yellow Card once it is sent, you can however, delete the original report in Consultation Manager and create a new, updated report:
- From Consultation Manager, find the saved Drug Allergy and Intolerance entry which contains the Yellow Card information. You can select the Drug Allergies & Adverse Reactions category in the navigation pane:
- Right click on the entry to update and select Delete:
- The drug allergy information and the Yellow Card report are now removed from the patient record.
