Chronic Medication Service (CMS) in Mail Gateway
Mail Gateway contains a CMS tab which displays the status of the last CMS message collector process. This should be checked on a daily basis to ensure there are no issues. If there are any errors, the tab displays in red, please contact the service desk on the usual number if you experience persistent errors, see Contacting Us for Support for details.
