Switching on the Referral Message Digest
Note - You must be logged on as a System Administrator to enable Referral Message Digest.
To enable the Referral Message Digest (RMD):
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select Options - Setup.
- Select the System tab.
- Under Other Options, tick Referral Message Digest:
- Select OK to save.
You must now review and update the options for populating the RMD for your practice, see Auto Selection Options.
The RMD can be inactivated at any time by simply removing the tick above. If the RMD is inactivated, Vision 3 reverts to using Problems for sending e-Referral information.
