Immunisation Contraindicated

To record that an immunisation is contraindicated:

1. From Consultation Manager , select the patient and start a consultation if required.
2. From the navigation pane, right click Immunisations and select Summary:

   

3. Select Immunisation Contraindicated and the Immunisation Contraindicated - Add screen displays.
4. Complete as required:
   • Date - Defaults to today, update if required.
   • Clinician - Defaults to the clinician logged in or the usual GP, update if required.
   • Private - Tick if required.
   • In Practice - Ticked by default, remove the tick if required.
   • Read Term - Defaults to 8I23.00 Immunisation contraindicated, update from the available list if required.
   • Contraindicated - Tick to mark as contraindicated.
5. Select OK to save.
