Active Simple Tab

Within Prescription Manager the Active - Simple tab is the simplest tab to display prescription items:

Above the prescription list is a Show prescriptions from last date range option, this defaults to 2 days in the Active Simple tab. Update if required:

  • Clear - Clears the date range control and date filters are removed from the list.

  • Select / Deselect All - Use to select or deselect all prescription items.

The columns from left to right are:

  • Selected - A tick indicates selected and no tick indicates not selected for printing.

  • Therapy type:

    • Acute
    • Issue of a repeat
    • Batch issue - Repeat dispensing issues. These do not print if they are sent via electronic transfer of prescriptions.
    • Batch prescription - Repeat dispensing master, with a batch setup is defined by Interval and number of Repeats.
    • Right-hand side item,
    • Therapy advice - Non-drug therapy or advice, see Non-drug Therapy Items or Advice on Prescriptions for details.
    • Practice administered

  • Date

  • Clinician

  • Assigned

  • Drug name or Advice text

  • Dosage

  • Quantity

  • Issues

  • PRN

Training Tip - Select the Date, Drug and Dosage columns to sort by the column header.
