Surgery Connect from X-On

Surgery Connect from X-On is a complete cloud telephony service which provides a single telecoms solution for healthcare organisations, enabling practices to seamlessly contact patients.

Surgery Connect displays a toolbar that the practice can use to:

  • View Active Patient's Contact Details - Surgery Connect displays the contact details for the open patient in Consultation Manager. From here you can easily contact the patient from the options available, which can include voice calls, video calls, SMS, and photo requests.

  • Answer an Incoming Call - Surgery Connect displays the incoming call number, patient's name and if appropriate details of who this caller last spoke to, you can then directly access the patient's record. If multiple patients match the incoming number, all matching patients display in a list. The user can then answer the call and select the correct record.
