Pre-requisites
To use the ECS Summary Management screen within Vision you must:
- Have Vision DLM 520 installed (your version of Vision can be checked from the Vision front screen - Help - About).
- Contact your health board to enable the new ECS screen (including KIS and ePCS)
- Run an initial upload of the Key Information Summary extract. For information on how to run an initial KIS upload - See Running a Full data extraction using the KIS Initial Extraction Utility
Note - The KIS extract will run at the same time as your ECS extract and therefore should not need to be configured. However, if you want to check the times of the extracts - See ECS/KIS Extract - Task Scheduler
