Calculator Tab

The Calculator tab enables you to add the following risk scores to your patient. However, it is recommended that you use the full range of calculators available by accessing Assessment Forms & Risk Calculators.

Note - Adding a risk score from this screen automatically codes the calculation without viewing the calculator.

• CHA2DS2-VASc
• JBS2 CVD Risk
• QRISK2
• ASSIGN (Scotland only)

Other

• Diabetes Risk
• electronic Frailty Index
• QAdmission (Practices that have purchased the calculator for Unplanned Admissions)
• Time in Therapeutic Range (TTR) (Practices/HB's using Anticoagulation Manager)
