How Do I Know Which Read Terms Trigger a Guideline?

On the Select Guideline screen, find the guideline (for example, type in NCAS and press Enter to find the QOF Asthma guideline). Highlight the line and click on the Triggers button. This lists all the READ terms that act as triggers for this guideline. You can add other READ terms to this list - either individually (click User Settings first), or for the whole practice (click Practice Settings before adding the term).

You can also do it the other way round, that is, see which guidelines a specific READ term triggers. On the Select Guideline screen, click on By READ Term, enter the READ code or term and press Enter.
