Summary Forms from Patient Record MRO Column

Some forms are available from the navigation pane (Medical Records Overview column) of the Patient Record by right clicking on one of the lines and selecting Summary (see list in Navigation pane on Vision 3 Framework).

A right click on most of these lines lets you select either Summary Form or Management Plans of Data Grid. You will be shown the first Add-form with a navigation aid at the bottom of this screen.

Once the Summary Form displays, point to a field prompt, eg BP, and right click, then left mouse click on Add.
