Speech and Language Therapy view
By default, the Patient Record opens at the Appointments tab. Each view has an left-hand Alerts pane giving details of various factors such as CVD risk, immunisations due, recalls due etc. The Patient Select and Patient Details tabs are standard tabs on the Patient Record.
However, the other tabs are specific to patient record views for community staff:
- ADL Patient Details - This shows entries under the Activities of Daily Living. It is a display screen only - you cannot enter data here.
- ADL Data Entry - This is where new entries can be made under the Activities of Daily Living.
- Shared Information - Details - This is read only, and you cannot enter data here.
- Shared - Information - Data Entry - For new data entries.
