Standard Report

The Standard Report is usually the most appropriate report when you require additional clinical information or patient addresses.

The Standard Report initially displays on-screen, showing one line of basic registration information and each selected entity shows at least two lines of clinical data.

The report title displays your practice name and address, the operator-id running the search and the date and time the report was run.

Note - When printing a standard report for a patient who has more than one page of freetext in their record, the comments section truncates to fit on a single page and the following warning prints 'Some data has been truncated to fit page.'.

When the report displays the following options are available, some may be greyed out, if for example there isn't a Next Page to view:

  • Zoom In
  • Zoom Out
  • Two Page
  • One Page
  • Next Page
  • Prev Page
  • Print
  • Close

A Standard Report is sorted alphabetically by surname and if you are searching on more than one entity, the entities display in alphabetical order, for example, Blood Pressure displays before Smoking regardless of the order entered.

The report format can be further altered using Options.

Note – To print this topic select Print in the top right corner and follow the on-screen prompts.
