Using the Right Mouse Menu

The right mouse menu provides additional viewing, adding and editing options at various places on the Patient Record.

To use the right click menu, point to the appropriate record, click the right mouse button and then left click on the option required. For example, point the mouse at a BP entry on a Summary Form, click with the right mouse, then select Add with the left mouse.

The following options are available depending where you right click:

Training Tip - On a keyboard, Shift-F10 is equivalent to a right mouse click, if the required line is first highlighted.

Some of the right mouse options may be inactive, these appear faint, depending on where you made the click, and whether a consultation is open. For example, if Add is inactive, it means a consultation must first be started.

Exceptions to the right mouse menu:

  • Right mouse click on the far right column within a Management Plan brings up the normal right click menu, but any column other than that includes Suppress Rows, Suppress Empty Rows, Restore all Rows, see Management Plans for details.
