Registering the Wrong Patient

It is important that you do not select the wrong patient from the WDS screen, however if it does happen and you accidentally complete the registration process, the wrong patients notes are requested.

  • If this error is spotted straight away, contact the Helpdesk on your usual number to cancel the request, see Contacting Us for Support for details.
  • If you receive the wrong patient's records, you must not file the records to Consultation Manager. Complete the following:
    • Within Mail Manager , right click on the record received in error and select Message - Cancel / Supersede.
