Community Shared Information Guidelines

There are two guidelines for Community Shared Information which appear under the Guidelines tab of all the Community Views (see Community Views Patient Record):

• Community Guidelines - Shared Information - Details - Display of previously recorded patient information (Mnemonic: commshrep): Significant Medical History, Next of Kin, Carer Details, Ethnicity, language, Interpreter, Employment, Communication Ability, Agencies, Current Medication, Allergies, Home Environment, At Risk Register, Special Concerns.
• Community Guidelines - Shared Information - Data Entry - Data entry of new information (Mnemonic: commshare). Includes the above entries but Presenting Complaint as well.
