Guidelines/Reports Design - Font and Background Colour
If you click with the right mouse on a report line in Design Mode, amongst the options you can select are Font, Background Colour, Increase Font Size, and Reduce Font Size. You may want to change one of these to provide colour coding, or emphasis, or reduce its importance (refer to Guidelines/Reports Design - Defaults).
