District Nursing Data Entry Guideline
The District Nursing tab leads to a District Nurses Data Entry screen (this is a guideline with the mnemonic: DNURSE).
Use the buttons to make a data entry. The blue headings in the lower part of the screen, eg General Care, General Administration / Paperwork, are all expandable headings if you click on them, revealing further data entry buttons.
