Initial View 6

Initial View 6 resembles the old classic view of the Patient Record. It is intended for the clinician who uses problem orientation, although the Problem tab has no timeline. There is a right-hand Consultation View screen for recording topics. See Problem Oriented Medical Records.

There is a left-hand navigation pane and Alerts.

A READ term-Add is in the bottom pane, and above that, the Data View has the following tabs:
