Short Cut Keys

A number of function keys are available for use within Vision 3:

<F1>

Displays on-screen Help.

<F2>

Lists Medical History.

<F3>

Find, depending on the position of the cursor this can relate to patients, clinical terms or medication.

<F4>

Displays the Script tab showing acute and repeat issues.

<F5>

Displays Therapy Repeats.

<F7>

Starts a Consultation (<Shift + F7> ends a consultation)

<F8>

Providing you are on a Therapy tab, displays the Therapy - Add screen.

<F9>

Select to Issue and Print therapy. Press once to display the Therapy Print Record - Add screen and mark any selected drugs as issued. Press again to print the prescription. <F9> can be used anywhere within Consultation Manager.

<F10>

Displays a wide screen view of a patient record without the navigation or topic pane.

<Spacebar>

To select a highlighted item from a Therapy list. Pressing again deselects the highlighted item.

<CTRL+ R>

Displays the Current tab.
