Patient Record - Views
There are various system distributed views within Vision enabling you to tailor the Consultation Manager screens used to best fit staff roles.
You can also create practice defined views, personal views and setups for staff only involved in one aspect, such as midwives.
There are three categories of Vision 3 views:

There are a number of pre-defined views that come with the system see Initial Vision Views for details.
If you select a view from either the Standard system-distributed options or the Practice-defined options list, the Rename Configuration screen displays. Enter a new name for your view, this ensures the distributed version is kept intact while the copy is placed in My Personalised Settings where you can select it. The copy can then be amended and adapted as required.

Practice-Defined options list all the views designed and published within your practice. You can create views for either your own use, or for everyone in your practice, see Creating your own Patient Record Views for details.

My Personalised Settings contains a list of all the Standard system-distributed options, Practice-Defined Options and personally created views you have used, see Creating your own Patient Record Views for details.
To make a personalised view available to all users, simply select Publish .
