Test Summary Tab
Tests results can be listed by type in the Tests Summary tab. The default is All Test Results.
Select the type of test you want to view from the long window positioned just under the tabs where there is a selection arrow - either All Test Results or filter it to a specific type, eg Diagnostic Imaging.
Any abnormal results are shown in red (abnormality is determined by the Result qualifier, not a numeric entry; and any abnormal flag is added by the hospital laboratory).
- Pathology and X-ray results are listed by type
- The number in brackets after the category indicates how many clinical records are in that category.
- Tests can be re-displayed in either list or grid format
. On a Tests Summary/Grid, if these icons are not displayed on the top right of the form, then right click on the Tests Summary tab header, select View Options, and tick Show Data Grid. On the Summary View Properties screen, as well as changing the way the entries are displayed, you can decide which entries are displayed. The default is Display data from sub-categories of category, with a category of TEST and Initial Selection of All Test Results. Click OK when finished.
Data entry form - A data entry form is shown in the bottom pane. Click on Cancel on the data entry form, or press + key on the keyboard, in order to hide the Add form and show more of the listed entries. Pressing the + key redisplays a data entry form.
Next - You can skip to the next Add-screen where there is no entry, by using the Next option at the bottom of the screen.
Previous - If you click on Previous (though this is disabled if it is the first entry on a screen), you will display the previous field's data entry screen.
Skip To - If you click on the down arrow (to the left of Skip To). a list of entries on that tab displays in the middle section at the bottom. Click on one to select it and then click on Skip To to display that screen.
