Close Consultation
After entering clinical details, you can close a consultation by:
- Selecting the next patient - you do not need to manually close the first consultation, as selecting the next patient deselects the current patient, and their consultation will automatically be closed.
- Selecting Close Consultation,
, - Pressing Shift-F7 function key.
- Selecting Consultation - Close Consultation.
This records the End Time for the consultation, and from the Start Time, calculates the Duration of the consultation.
In Consultation Options Setup, you can choose to deselect a patient automatically when a consultation is closed.
