Welcome to the Management Tools Help Centre

This help centre brings together the online help for all the Management Tools in Vision 3 3:

  • Control Panel - Control Panel is where the bulk of the Vision 3 3 set up utilities can be found:

    • Mail Maintenance - Use to set up and maintain groups of users, actions and status codes for use in Mail Manager for XML messaging.

    • File Maintenance - Use to enter details of practice staff, staff groups, practice details and organisations, for example, hospitals, departments, consultants, health authorities.

    • Eventlog Viewer - Use to view a record of the workstations, users and events, for example, access to the system, software updates.
    • System Status - Users and workstations.
    • Security - Use to give practice staff the right to use Vision 3 3, this includes passwords, defaults, groups and access rights.

  • Audit Report - The Audit Report provides searches on audited or deleted records.
