Male Health Check

The Male Health Check groups together all the likely entries needed for managing a Well Man Examination.

To display the Male Health Check screen:

Either from Summary menu – Routine ChecksMale Health Check (or Alt-S, U, H).

Or from the navigation pane (Medical Records Overview column) on the PatientRecord, click on the Well Person Clinic line with the right mouse, and selecteitherSummary Form or Management Plan.

Alternatively, from the Add - Select Data Entry Form, or click on , then double click on All Tabbed Formsand double click on Male Health Check.

Select Summary - Routine Checks - Male Health Check.

The entries are very similar to those of the Female Health Check screen, see Female Health Check for details.

To take into account gynaecomastia in which the male breast develops, if 26B2 O/E - gynaecomastia is entered for a male patient, validation will exclude this entry into the female Maternal Breast Examination. Instead of a Pram icon (signifying Maternity), entries for male patients will show a medical history icon. Note this entry cannot be made on the Male Health Check screen, but as a READ Term Add.
