Attachments - Prohibited File Types

The following message types are prohibited:

File Type	Description
.EXE	Executable application
.DLL	Executable application extension
.COM	MSDOS application
.REG	Windows registry settings
.SYS	System Files
.BAT	MSDOS Batch files

If you attempt to add an unauthorised file type to a patient's record, the following message displays:

“The file type xxxxx is prohibited for attachments, please Retry with a different file or Cancel."
