SMS Questionnaire

The SMS Questions tab enables you to send a patient an SMS questionnaire which the patient can respond to via SMS. The SMS Question tab works the same as if sending a group of patients a questionnaire - See Questionnaires via SMS.

Note - Bi-directional SMS messaging is an add-on to the standard one-way text messaging and has to be activated and a license issued. For practices in Wales please contact your Health Board, for all other countries please contact your Account Manager.
