New Permanently Registered Patients

When a new permanent patient is registered their application is completed in the following stages:

  • Applied - When the patient's details are initially added to the Vision - Registration module the patients registration status is "Applied", the details are sent to the Health Authority (HA) for approval. See Applied Registration Status
  • Permanent - When an approval transaction is received from the HA, the patients registration status is changed to "Permanent". There are three scenario's to consider here:
