Recovery Plan

The Recovery Plan is a substance misuse care management plan.

To access the Recovery Plan:

1. From Consultation Manager, select a patient and click on the Vision+ icon on the floating toolbar and select Calculators.

2. Select Lifestyle and choose Recovery Plan.

3. On completion of the form you can save the plan to the patient's record by selecting OK and Attach. The Read code 9HC2 - Substance misuse clinical management plan agreed is also recordedas a History entry in the patient's record.

   Note - The amount of information that can be recorded is restricted to the size of the data entry box to ensure that all the data is saved.

4. Click OK to save the Read code or OK and Attach to save both the Read code and the questionnaire.
